Meet The Team
Dr. Audrey Segal, MD, FRCPC
Dr. Audrey Segal is an Associate Staff Physician in the Division of Clinical Immunology & Allergy at the Hospital for Sick Children, and a Lecturer in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Toronto. She also co-founded the Allergy Clinic at the Scarborough Health Network, with a primary focus on high-risk food challenges.
Dr. Segal graduated Cum Laude from The University of Maryland School of Medicine, and trained in General Paediatrics, and Paediatric Clinical Immunology and Allergy at the University of Toronto/Hospital for Sick Children. She is board certified in both Paediatrics and Clinical Immunology and Allergy. With an interest in education, she currently serves as a Supervisor of the national Fellows-in-Training program at the Canadian Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (CSACI).
In her time away from work, she and her husband chauffeur her two young sons around town.
Dr. Lucy Duan, MD, FRCPC
Dr. Lucy Duan is a Royal College certified Allergist and Clinical Immunologist. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Paediatrics at the University of Toronto, and Associate Staff Physician in the Division of Clinical Immunology and Allergy at The Hospital for Sick Children.

Dr. Duan received her medical degree from The University of Toronto, and completed her Pediatrics residency, and Allergy & Clinical Immunology fellowship at the University of Toronto/Hospital for Sick Children. She also speaks Mandarin and is able to serve the Mandarin speaking population.
Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors with her family and young daughter.

Dr. Melanie Conway, MD, FRCPC
Dr. Melanie Conway obtained her medical degree at McMaster University. She then completed a Pediatric residency and Pediatric Allergy and Clinical Immunology fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. She currently works at both North Toronto Allergy and Kindercare Pediatrics.

Dr. Conway is a proud mom of two children. When she's not working or chasing her kids around, her favourite hobby is skiing!
Dr. Shama Sud, MSc, MD, FRCPC
Dr. Shama Sud completed her residency in Pediatrics as well as a fellowship in Allergy & Clinical Immunology at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. Prior to her medical training she did a Masters Degree in nutrition at Columbia University in New York City.
In addition to managing common allergic complaints such as food allergies, drug allergies, hives, angioedema, allergic rhinitis and more she is now pleased to offer oral immunotherapy for food allergies in patients under the age of 4.
Dr. Jane Park, MD, FRCPC
Dr Jane Park received her medical degree from University of Ottawa. She then completed her Internal Medicine residency at Western University and Clinical Immunology and Allergy fellowship at University of Toronto, serving as a chief medical resident in both Internal Medicine and Clinical Immunology and Allergy.
Her special interests include Allergic Rhinoconjunctivitis, Asthma, Eczema, Urticaria, Angioedema, Anaphylaxis and Food Allergy.
As a bilingual physician fluent in both English and Korean, Dr. Park is dedicated to providing personalized care to patients from diverse backgrounds.
Outside of work, Dr. Park enjoys travelling, exploring new culinary experiences and staying active
Cherrie Bustria, MOA
Cherrie graduated with honours in Medical Office Administration from Anderson College. She was a former dental assistant and receptionist. She is one of North Toronto Allergy’s medical office assistants and enjoys interacting with others and helping patients. Outside of work, she is a car enthusiast, a dog lover, loves to sing, and a cool mom.
Marilou Catalico, MOA
Marilou is a Medical Office Administrator graduate with an honours diploma at Anderson College. She worked as a receptionist in a rehabilitation center after graduation and has experience in the retail industry as a supervisor for more than 10 years. She is also a mother who loves music, cooking, and watching movies in her free time.
